The Advantages of Our RGB RGBW DMX LED Flood Light
1. Self-developed and advanced solution
In the market, most of manufacturers use 3 in 1 or 4 in 1 RGB/RGBW LED chips. For these kinds of LED chips, their advantage is that they are very easy to use, because one chip can have already generate R/G/B/W colors or their mixed colors. But there are also shortages for making the lights with 3 in 1 or 4 in 1 LED chips. Their colors don’t look enough pure, and the light come out from these chips is scattered, not concentrated enough.
In order to improve these shortages, we developed our own solution. We use Single Color RGB/RGBW LED chips(not 3 in 1 or 4 in 1), and array them by a special matrix to generate different kinds of colors. The light colors of our solution look very pure and more beautiful, and the light come out from our fixture is more concentrated. After we comparing, the color effect of our RGB/RGBW DMX LED flood light is better than many other companies in the market.
On the other hand, our DMX decoder is also developed by ourselves, not buy from other companies. It has been integrated in our light fixture, and running very stably in these years.
2. High Power
We focus on high power RGB/RGBW flood lights, especially 100W, 200W, 300W, 500W, 800W & 1000W. Most companies only make below 200W, because to make higher power will depend on the technology and the design of the lights. We make higher power, higher brightness, and our lights can illuminate higher buildings or longer distance, then they can be used in different kinds of applications. Of course, we also make smaller wattages such as 18W, 24W, 36W and 50W.
3. High-end quality
All materials of our RGB/RGB DMX LED flood lights are top level quality. For the LED chips, we use CREE brand, the best brand in the world. For the LED driver, we use top brand Mean Well, it is at least with 5 years warranty. For the light body, we use very thick and heavy die-casting aluminum material, which has a super performance for heat dissipation. Even for our cables, they are with very thick cores inside, they are very strong and durable.
4. Super narrow beam angles & illuminate super long distance
We use special lens for our lights to generate different kinds of beam angles, they are 5°, 10°, 15°, 25°, 30°, 45°, 60°, 90° and 120°. Many manufacturers can not make very narrow beam angles because they depends on the solution and design of the whole light. For illuminating buildings or things which are very tall or with long distance, you can use narrow beam angles. The beam angle is narrower, the illuminating distance is longer. For illuminating things which are short or with near distance, you can use wide beam angles.
5. Customizable wireless solution
In some applications, such as the fixtures are installed in the places which are very high or far from the controller, in these cases, it is difficult to layout the DMX cables for the fixtures. Then we can customize wireless solution for the whole system, in this way you can save the jobs and the money of the DMX cables. We will add an extra DMX wireless transmitter for the controller, and add a wireless receiver for each light which will receive the wireless signal.
6. Mobile phone App control solution
Some customers might don't know how to use DMX512 controller, don't know how to program, even haven't heard of DMX before. But they want to control the light color effects by themselves. In this case, we can provide our mobile phone App control solution. This solution uses a special DMX controller, this controller can be connected to the mobile phone via Bluetooth and controlled by an App to implement multiple functions, such as control On/Off, choose color categories, adjust the brightness, choose the color changing effects, such as jumping, fading, strobing, smoothing, flashing, etc. This app is very easy to use, you can make many color effects without any difficulty.
7. Customizable RF remote control solution
If you only want some fixed colors (such as red, green, bule & white) and changing effects (such as jumping, fading, flashing, strobing, smoothing), you can use our RF remote control solution. This solution is the most simple to use.
